Projects

The following projects represent engineering, installation, and commissioning work carried out on biomass processing facilities. They vary in scale, feedstock, and delivery format, but share a common approach — systematic engineering, equipment selection, and system integration.

Containerised modular biomass processing line

Project 1. Containerised Modular Straw Processing Line, Latvia

Project Type

  • Greenfield
  • Modular, containerised configuration

Feedstock

Straw

Throughput

1.5 tonnes per hour

Project Description

A containerised production line for processing straw into pelletised fuel. The project was executed in modular format with a focus on mobility, compact footprint, and ease of operation.

The solution is designed for deployment on sites with limited infrastructure and allows for relocation and phased capacity expansion.

Scope of Work

  • Engineering and project development
  • Equipment selection and system integration
  • Mechanical installation
  • Commissioning and start-up
  • Operator training
Industrial straw pelletising production line

Project 2. Straw Pelletising Line, Ukraine

Project Type

Stationary production facility

Feedstock

Straw

Throughput

5 tonnes per hour

Project Description

An industrial-scale straw pelletising line configured around the specific characteristics of the feedstock, equipment reliability requirements, and defined operating schedules.

Scope of Work

  • Engineering and design development
  • Equipment selection and system integration
  • Supervised installation
  • Commissioning and start-up
  • Operator training
Full-cycle wood waste pellet production facility

Project 3. Wood Waste Pellet Production Facility (Confidential)

Project Type

  • Full production cycle
  • Stationary facility

Feedstock

  • Sawdust
  • Wet wood chips

Throughput

  • 4 tonnes per hour
  • Expandable to 8 tonnes per hour within the existing configuration

Project Description

A full-cycle production facility processing wood residuals — from wet raw material intake through to finished pellet output. The project includes a drying complex and all key stages of the process chain.

The process configuration was designed with a throughput reserve, allowing future capacity expansion without major changes to the installed equipment.

Scope of Work

  • Facility engineering
  • Equipment selection and system integration
  • Mechanical installation
  • Commissioning and start-up

Note on Infrastructure and Bulk Handling Projects

Projects in the areas of bulk material handling, transfer systems, and infrastructure will be presented in a dedicated section.

Work carried out in this area includes:

  • Engineering and integration of conveying and bulk handling systems
  • Transfer and terminal infrastructure solutions
  • Design and supply of prefabricated industrial buildings and structures
